In our meeting, we just have small intro and go straight into discovering the brilliance— the UAVE: the Unchangeable Always Visible Essence—within our individual traits.

We usually have the opportunity to explore 3–4 traits.

And even if it’s not your trait being seen that day, you’ll learn by witnessing how it reveals itself in others—

until, eventually, you’ll be able to see it in yourself.
